Born in 1962 in Of, Trabzon, he graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics, Anadolu University. He served in the Ministry of Finance for 33 years, including 21 years as a Tax Office Director, in various positions and locations, primarily in Istanbul.
Since 2018, he has been providing professional services as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant, KGK Licensed Independent Auditor, concordat commissioner, and expert witness. He specializes primarily in the construction, textile, healthcare, and education sectors, offering full certification (tax attestation) and financial consultancy services to companies with international partnerships, as well as advisory services in tax disputes and litigation.
